- Valley Course
The Valley is a thinking man's nine. It measures 3,358 yards, but requires very accurate placement off the tee. Many longer hitters don't get to use their drivers until the 8th hole. With tiny greens and several well placed Oak trees, your tee shots must set you up for an accurate approach. Hit it to the wrong side of the fairway and you may not have a shot to the flag!

Hole 1Mens:Par 4
Ladies:Par 5âThis par 5 for the Ladies while relatively short par 5 is still a challenging hole. Good ball placement is essential with a lateral hazard all along the right side and a looming oak tree on the left. With good ball placement off of the tee, birdie is in reach.â

- Lakes Course
Built in 1988, the Lakes, at 3,542 yards, is the longest of our three nines. Formerly known as the "Conway" nine, the fairways are more wide open than the others, with the greens having more subtle breaks than on the Valley or Oaks. The Lakes has one of Southern California's 18 toughest holes. The 234 yard, par 3, all carry over water, was voted one of SoCal's 18 toughest by Southland Golf Magazine.

Hole 1Mens:Par 4
Ladies:Par 4"This dogleg left forces you to stay right on your drive in order to have the best angle for your approach. Donât be too far right as there are a few fairway bunkers. Your second shot to this long par four will have you standing above the ball on the sloped fairway. Donât be short on your approach as the green is guarded by bunkers on both sides. The elevated green has several slopes that will keep your ball from rolling straight to the pin.â

- Oaks Course
The Oaks is considered by many members to be our most difficult nine. At 3,400 yards, it is not long by modern standards, but not often does one find so much trouble on both sides of the fairway off the tee! Rarely can you find a level lie to hit from, increasing the difficulty when approaching the greens. Accuracy is a must to score well on the Oaks.

Hole 1
Mens:Par 4
Ladies:Par 4âThe first hole on the Oaks Nine is a tricky dog-leg right. Your tee shot is into a fairway that slopes sharply right to left. Longer hitters will need to drive over a corner pine tree to avoid rolling into the left rough, while shorter hitters can avoid the pine tree but must be wary of a fairway bunker that captures any errant tee shot to the left. A good drive will leave a middle to short iron into a green guarded at the front right by one of the courseâs deepest bunkers. Two good shots will leave you with a good opportunity for a birdie, but par is a good score.â
