It was perfect for our family. We have three small children so having access to a full kitchen and washer and dryer was perfect for us. The staff at the resort were also very responsive to our requests if there was anything that we needed. We would definitely visit again.

This is a spacious property near many local attractions. We really enjoyed our balcony, the pools, the peace and quite, and space - the property was full capacity but it did not feel overcrowded. Staff always greeted you with a friendly, "Welcome home" which was a simple but nice touch.Our unit was a little run down with signs of water damage on the baseboards and kickplate under the cabinets, and the air conditioning vents were dusty. Otherwise the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked most meals and had everything required for our cooking needs.

This is my family's ~10th time at this property over the past 12-15 years.It's perfect in so many respects from the pools, tennis courts, gyms, walking trails, beauty of the grounds, proximity to stores and restaurants. It's in an area where we always feel safe.It's like a home away from home.

Very nice spacious apt with full kitchen and living room area. A couple of small things... the master bed was too soft for my taste. Also, the air vent in the master hits you right in the face while sleeping or watching TV. I had to cover my head to sleep. Other than that, the place is great.

The property was beautiful with several water features. All of the employees (front desk, house keepers, maintenance, etc) were very friendly. The only drawback is that this is a timeshare type of property so after you check-in they make you go to the timeshare staff in order to get your parking pass. This is when the timeshare person offers to give you $100 to sit though a presentation. They don't push too hard, but it was still annoying nonetheless. Also the rooms are dated - especially the kitchen (which was a bummer since the kitchen was the main reason we wanted to get an apartment at a resort).

Great property. Every communication I had I was asked about coming to a timeshare meeting. We were woken up from someone calling us to come to a meeting even though I did not show interest at check in and again later in a call to the front desk. Our room smelled of fish or grilled food and there were food crumbs on the rug. Thank goodness I had fabreze and drenched the furniture and left the door open to air out while we were at dinner. No breakfast on property even though it’s advertised on their website as being available at the grille. We stood on a long line at the marketplace instead. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Such a large property we were surprised it didn’t have a restaurant or better dining option.

One night family stay.
We only stayed one night. It was a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and nothing seemed to be too far away from us. The only thing that bothered me a little was the pressure to attend the "timeshare" event. After stating I was only staying for one night, and I would have a late night event, the rep insisted and insisted for me to attend to an 8 am meeting. I clearly explained that would not work as I would want to sleep in because of the late event. The next morning we called the front desk and we asked for a late check-out. We were immediately turned down. After hanging up the phone, the rep calls us back immediately to see if we wanted to attend the timeshare thing..... Clearly no. Not willing to let me check out an hour later but still want me to attend a time share meeting?! What a way not to get it !!!

Solid 4.5 rate in my books!Not one team member on thw property seemed upset, nasty, or in any way ill willed. The room was clean, up to date, quiet, with lots of great amenities like a fantastic bed, kitchen, and even a spa tub!We will book here again in the future. Only complaints 1. Parking was horrible 2. Personally i do not like when there isnt a bible in the bedside table.
